    Close to the Khem beach. Breakfast is decent, but nothing out of the ordinary. After 9.30 almost all food is gone. No place for drying beach towels and clothes. WiFi was good. Location is quiet. All in all, a comfortable stay.

    Booked a Superior room with windows as per photos on agoda and was given a room without windows for 4 nights , after having to complain and argued with the manager i was offered me the same room I booked as an upgrade and expected me to pay the extra. I refused and they would not cancel my booking as requested. After threatening to contact agoda they finally gave me the right room that i booked all be it a day later. The first room was also dirty and the breakfast was horrible and only ate the once out of 4 days. Not recommended, plenty of other hotels in the area.

    It's in a superb location—only a 5-minute walk to the beach. The room is very clean and easy to find, and it's quiet at night. I stayed for 2 nights, but there was no water during the daytime for two days, can only take shower and… in the evening. I'm not a morning person, and by late breakfast time, there was almost nothing left, but I can order eggs and pho-enough for me. The staff were very friendly and helped me check in promptly.

    Despite having many staff and rooms. Needed to wait a long time just to check in. After check in the room was still not fully clean. Had to ask for it to be cleaned again. But even that didn't get rid of all the smells. Staff were not very helpful and breakfast was disappointing. Shower was broken only the rain faucet was working. Air conditioning made the room either too cold or too hot. Bed not very big.
