Nice small/ medium sized hotel, within 5 min walk from the beach and with nice inclusions : airport pick-up / return in private vehicle, good breakfast selection, bicycles also option to rent scooter directly from hotel. The staff was really helpful and allowed to do an early check-in.
We had a wonderful stay at JM boutique hotel and probably the best for value hotel we got in Vietnam :-)

Great little hotel, 5 minutes walk from Khem Beach. Has an Italian Restaurant attached (10% off for guests). Nice breakfast. bikes and Kayaks free to borrow from Hotel, we took to bikes and cycled 30 km up to the pagoda temple and back. Only disappointment was how late they came to clean room / change towels....never before 4pm while we were there and sometimes as late as 6pm. Every day we had to ask for towels so we could shower from the beach to go out for dinner. Apart from that, a lovely hotel with great staff and I would definitely stay again.
