This is definitely the worst hotel experience of my entire life. This hotel literally ruined our first vacation in two years. Stay away from this hotel if you want a relaxing vacation. The staff tries to help customers when they complain, but unfortunately, the manager—who is incompetent—fails to provide them with the necessary training and professionalism to resolve issues; consequently, the staff has to contact the manager every time a problem arises. I wonder how a hotel manager can never actually be on-site to handle situations and oversee operations. Furthermore, the hotel makes no mention of the fact that renovation work is not just in the neighborhood but taking place directly on the hotel roof, so there is no peace and quiet. It's a shame that starting at 6:00 in the morning, there's noise everywhere, both inside and outside the hotel, that doesn't allow you to rest. The room doesn't have blackout curtains, so the light will wake you up. As soon as we arrived, they gave us the wrong room, so they made us wait outside 30 minutes in the heat with our suitcases while they changed it. On the first morning at 8:00 am housekeeping knocked on our room, waking us up and telling us they had to clean the room! I've honestly never seen anything like it. Furthermore, the staff doesn't speak English, so it's difficult to communicate. They lied to us about everything, and if you try to complain about something, the staff will make up a lot of excuses and always have to say you need to contact the manager to find a solution. We were also told there would be renovations nearby when the renovations are inside the hotel, on the rooftop, making it difficult to sleep, your room will shake. There's only one plug in the entire room, so if you need to charge your devices, it'll be a problem. The cleaning staff is already yelling at 7:30 AM, people outside are yelling at 7:30 AM, cars will be honking early in the morning, and the breakfast isn't up to par for a hotel. It's a shame because the location is really good and the designer is beautiful... anyway the dog is definitely the only positive aspect of the hotel

A great place to stay for families with kids. Had a family room which was a connecting room and had 2 big beds. It was quite near the khem beach and they have bicycles for you to use for free. I will definitely return to this hotel again if im heading there. Room is nice and clean.

I had a wonderful stay at JM Boutique Hotel Phu Quoc, and I can’t recommend this place highly enough. Although airport pickup and drop-off are not officially listed as a hotel service, the staff kindly arranged and supported my airport transfers, which made arriving and leaving incredibly smooth and stress-free. This level of thoughtfulness really stood out. I also checked in and out at very late hours, yet the staff were welcoming, attentive, and genuinely helpful, making the entire process easy and comfortable. It’s rare to find a team that remains this supportive regardless of the time. The location is unbeatable. Just a few steps away is Khem Beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in Phu Quoc. There are plenty of nearby restaurants and massage shops, so everything you need is within easy walking distance. On top of that, the hotel offers free bicycle rentals, which made it very convenient (and fun) to explore the surrounding area. From the caring staff to the excellent location and thoughtful extras, this hotel truly exceeded my expectations. I would absolutely stay here again and confidently recommend it to anyone visiting Phu Quoc.

The room is pretty with a boutique feel and an earthy vibe but lacks practicality. If you are not petite, you cannot close the toilet door while sitting down the toilet as it will hit your knees. There’s not much space in the bathroom to place your toiletries, and no balcony to hang your wet swimming clothes. Breakfast is standard, but also inefficient - all the food and drinks are on one shelf so there’s always a traffic to get food. I love dogs and they have two nice ones hanging around the hotel but they smell. The staff are polite but rather shy, so they are not warm and don’t smile. Not beachfront, but few steps from the beach. I paid the same nightly rate as in the next door resort (Premier Residences) which is far more superior in offerings and amenities.
