Overall good value for money, room was spacious and clean and the buggy service and airport shuttle service was convenient. Main negative is the number of taxi drivers around the hotel pestering you for rides.

Staff was very helpful and accommodating! Request was fulfilled and we had an awesome stay!

We really werent able to maximize our stay in the hotel since we always go out. However, the staff service is good and did their best to accommodate our needs. Our room itself is wonderful and huge. I wont say it is untidy or dirty but it’s more on a wear and tear thing. The whole facility needs a make over like painting, changing of benches at the swimming pool area. We chose the garden view, and the garden needs trimming 😅.. the grass are already a bit tall. But I understand since it is a huge place. Breakfast wise is decent, what I like most is that the menu changes unlike in my previous travels where there will be the same menu everyday. Overall, the stay was good. we are comfortable.

    1) Entire lights go off after 10.30 ....it seems that we are staying in jungle 2) They charge for even crockery if any required. Room keys are charged if misplaced. 3) Water pressure is not good at all. Washroom comaude knob has to hold for a while ...then you get rid off. 4) Room furnishings arent upto the standards. All in all i dont recommend
