    Before the stay, i read the comments on KL hotel and realize the cleanliness that may be a matter of individual situation. However...... Several hairs were observed on the bed cover. The staff were obviously trying to resolve our problem, but the housekeeper had already finished her shift when I checked in at around 0900p.m. They finally found a "quilt cover" to use as a temporary substitute until the houskeeper made up room on the following afternoon. Besides, water leaks were observed in the bathroom and at the back side of the toilet seat, which had 2 separate water lines. I am not sure if that was clean water from the seat (I hope it was, otherwise, it would be a serious hygiene problem). On the other hand, some things were experienced, such as a very nice breakfast with omelette and bread, and a vietnam phu that even the best phu i have ever tasted in Phu Quoc during this trip. Of course, the fireworks were really nice and could be viewed from my room.

    The place was nice. You could see the firework at night. However we were a family of four so there wasn’t much space in the room just to bed. You can barely walk. Breakfast wasn’t much options. They only gave you about two options overall it was nice and the location was great.
