Sun & Roses

Very nice location, comfortable size of the property. Well-equipped kitchen.

The cleanliness was not impeccable. We found the broom full of hair. The vacuum cleaner was missing a few parts. The window shutters were very dusty. The washing machine was an older model; it didn't spin-dry properly. The decorative cushions felt dusty. There was no separate bedding available for us to sleep separately. The towels were not changed for 11 days. We washed them ourselves, but since the washing machine wasn't working properly, the towels didn't dry in time. Only enough toilet paper for a few days was provided..

Appartamento moderno, ristrutturato recentemente, pulito, dotato di tutto il necessario.

L'emplacement de l'appartement est super. Tout est accessible à pied.

Le lit de l'appartement est petit mais bon matelas et litière.

Comfortable bed Pleasantly decorated Quiet mostly at night Quite big rooms except kitchen Coffee machine Hob was good Nice big fridge Good shower and bathroom Nice view from kitchen Nice area near to interesting streets, bars and shops Central Funchal location is great

Main entrance door has faulty lock. Hard to pull key out unless correctly turned. Electric tripped out a few times snd had to turn back on in the fuze box. There is no TV or microwave Kitchen too small for microwave or dishwasher Duvet cover on bed too warm and no alternatives or spare sheets. Washing machine very old design but does work ok when you learn how to use it. Can hear noise from childrens football ground nearby being used some evenings until midnight! Shower went cold during using it one day. Also if shower head is not pointing to the drain and is used on strong setting, water can pour onto the bathroom floor and into the corridor.
