Atlantic Studios #02

The instructions to get into the building & apartment were e-mailed prior to leaving home. The apartment was in a perfect position in the old part of Funchal under the cable car ride. We last visited Funchal 13 years ago. So many good places to eat, right on your doorstep! The apartment is very will equipped, washing machine, etc even some toiletries & a first aid kit. Nice little touches of chocolate & biscuits left, small bottles of water in the fridge. Very comfortable bed. Very clean throughout.

Had the weather not been favourable in the day then staying in the apartment would have been not to our liking. We were out most days from 9am. Unfortunately the window view from the apartment was a white painted wall. We did have a door that allowed washing to be hung on the balcony drier where the recycling containers were sat.

Ich hatte das Studio #2, das geht nach hinten raus (Lichthof) und man hört von der belebten Straße gar nichts. Es ist nett eingerichtet und man hat alles, was man braucht. Lage optimal, wenn man öffentliche Busse nutzen will.

Das Studio liegt im 2. Stock - ohne Fahrstuhl.

Well set out and in a great location for us. Very little noise considering location.

Not so much didn’t like but it was relatively cold when we visited and more/ thicker blankets would have helped.
