There was no breakfast....self catering.
You should be informed when booking if there will be other people staying in the house.

The house is very new. The rooms are easily and securely accessed with a code. Everything is very clean, including the shared kitchen. The top bedroom is spacious and comfortable. The rooms offer excellent value.
There was virtually no wi-fi in the top bedroom because it was out of range of the router. A simple mesh system costing about £200 would fix this- it would be a worthwhile investment for the owners, as this lets down a property that is otherwise of a very high standard for the price. Also, a minor point, the description of the facilities on Booking.com says there is a tea/coffee maker in every room. This was not the case when I stayed there.

Cleanliness and the proprietor made extra reasonable provisions to make the experience of staying a pleasant one.
It was tedious to gain entry into the property due to an unfamiliar locking system.
