If you want a stress free stay , book elsewhere
It was potentially fresh and new
The fact that they jeopardised our weekend by giving the place to someone else ( we had travelled 2 hours and on a tight schedule) I rang the owner during the previous week to inform them of arrival time and we arrived at that time to be told there was no more room at the inn ! ( and then hung up on me ) We had 15 minutes to find another hotel in the area , cancel and rebook taxis .. avoid !!

If it wasn’t for those few things, it would have been a good stay.
We came for an event at the national bowl and had to be there for 2. The owner let us arrive at the property early than the check in time. It is a nice quiet location at night. The cabin seemed like it was newly build. It was comfortable and had everything you needed.
The directions took me 45 minute away from the property. There were used towel in the bathroom and hair in the shower.

Nice new nest!!!
Tom and his family were very welcoming. The place is quiet. Everything smells new as we are the first guest. It is a gated facility so it is safe and secure. The cabin has 2 double rooms, it has small kitchen and a shower cubicle which is adequate for a family of 4 that is not very picky. It very affordable too.
There is no WiFi yet nor an aerial for the TV. The access code to the gate was not sent to us in advance after booking so we waited a bit long outside the gate before someone eventually opened the door for us. There were other stuff but then was sorted or provided eventually in time. However, this will all be sorted soon as they were striving hard to complete the facilities. So, otherwise, NOTHING much really that we didn’t like.
