Lovely Homes is THE PLACE

Honestly the property is quiet, peaceful and so nice. Me and my partner are regulars and we have basically best friended the two ladies that are living here. The location of the property its very close to town centre which is really great. Honestly i recommend Lovely Homes not just because of the price but the quality of the property and the beds.

There wasn't anything we haven't liked about the property. Everything is exceptional. Cleanliness is 10/10, tenants are 10/10, location is 10/10 and honestly really really affordable too. If you're looking for a place to stay while visiting Aylesbury, Lovely Homes is for you.

Average place in good location.

Was in a nice quiet area.

I'm 6'2", and my ankles were hanging off the bed. Didn't realise that there were another 2 rooms in the house that were occupied. Someone using the shower next to our room at 04:00 in the morning . Bed extremely low.. Every room has a designated cupboard in kitchen but god knows what's supposed to be in it. My wife and I had 2 packets of chilli noodles, not sure if they were supposed to be there??? My son had nothing in his food wise. Like I said dont know if they were supposed to be there. An itinerary of items would be useful. Decent place but simple things let it down.

Clean, comfortable and good value

Very clean and well equipped. The owner Lats was lovely and made us feel very welcome. There was homemade bread on offer which was delicious. Just stayed one night but would stay again. Excellent value and convenient location. Thank you.

Indeed a lovely home away from home. Great you have a fully equipped kitchen.

The two ladies who live in the property are always willing to help to ensure you are comfortable.

Could not gain entrance to the room (Oslo) as code sent was not working. This was resolved quickly and the host was just 2 minutes away.

A Comfortable Stay.

Online instructions to access the property were clear and straightforward. The room was comfortable, clean, & quiet, and comes with tv. I had a good night's sleep. The shared bathroom facilities were adequate, and good-quality towels provided. The communal use kitchen was well-equipped. The housekeeper came in the morning and told me that food in the fridge - such as homemade bread - was available for residents.

It took me about 15 minutes to work out how to use the tv. The curtains/blinds need to provide more effective blackout. The bathroom/shower is a little dated.

My whole stay was let down by the extremely uncomfortable bed.

The use of full kitchen facilities was great and a dining table was welcome. There was cupboard space in the kitchen designated for each room and adequate fridge/freezer space. My room and ensuite bathroom were relatively spacious with plenty of cupboard and hanging space with hangers.

The bed was lumpy and creaked with every slight move. My room was off the lounge area which wasn't ideal, everyone coming and going from the the property had to pass my door. Fortunately the other guests did not make extensive use of the lounge so noise was minimal.

Superb

The rooms are super comfortable, the whole house is beautifully decorated and luminous, and we've spent a nice time having tea in the garden table. The host was attentive and nice.

The lock system of the rooms is very effective but a bit noisy. The rooms could have been more spacious.

Avoid

Looked clean when I arrived at night but realised in the morning after a really uncomfortable night on an old badly sprung mattress that pillows had been hiding an awfully old stained headboard. I stayed in the ‘london’ room.

As soon as I booked I got a WhatsApp asking me to send a copy of my photo ID. I regretted sending it and seeing the bed in the state it was really questioned the whole transaction. Don’t send a copy of ID it contravenes GDP.

+ First house in many UK stays where YOU CAN'T HEAR GUESTS IN OTHER ROOMS + Lovely, quiet neighbourhood on a wide street + Downstairs lounge is full of taste (including the statue, the flower & armchairs - rare choices) + Smart digital keypad locks + Loved the names of the rooms (famous capitals) + Spacious shower cabin & bathroom + Spacious back garden with chairs + Smart meter in kitchen shows consumption costs during the day + AVOID the other near-by property

This is just to make it even easier for other guests: (there's nothing I didn't like, N/A) - Place palm in front of screen of digital locks - Don't try to touch with finger, they aren't like phone touchscreens - After typing the access code, always TURN LOCK TO LEFT to unlock door

It was an enjoyable stay.

I liked the condition of the accommodation. It was clean and comfortable. It exceeded my expectations. I had difficulty in opening the London bedroom door but was assisted by Mr through a WhatsApp video call. He was very helpful. I did not use many facilities but was happy with the comfort of the bed and the cleanliness of the bathroom.

Nothing in particular but it was a cold because I couldn’t operate the heating system.
