Location
Overwhelming number of emails, text messages. WhatsApp messages, phone calls … it was way too much. I have never been bombarded with so many notifications from a venue on booking.com

This is a very spacious, modern apartment. The location is good for Aylesbury - only a 20 minute walk from the station. The bed was really comfortable. It is very easy to get in with a lock box for the keys. When I had a slight issue, the owners sorted it out really quickly and were incredibly helpful. They supply you with washing up liquid, cloths, tea and coffee and biscuits which is a nice touch.
It needs a few things - a microwave, hairdryer, corkscrew and some more subtle lighting in the living room. eg a small lamp, as the lights are very bright but nothing that impacted on my stay.

Location. Close to town
No parking!!!! Although parking is advertised, parking is unsecured on a road outside of the gates on a first come basis. The legality of parking location was questionable at best and on a busy industrial estate road near traffic lights. Accommodation is on the 2nd floor (level 3) with no lift (multiple flights of stairs) so not suitable for people who struggle with stairs. Cleanliness of crockery and utensils… I had to wash BEFORE use. Living accommodation very clean, bed comfortable and some nice touches.
