Central Hub Flat

We stayed at the apartment after a festival in the area. I was keen to park my car ahead of check-in so that I could get to the event and check in afterwards. The host exceeded all expectations by allowing me access to the parking space right after the cleaner was finished with it. I didn’t come back to the apartment until late so didn’t really spend any amount of time there, but I had a comfortable sleep.

Location was central and convenient to walk to activities and shops

The location was exactly as expected, so no comment here. Email with code to open lock box received in a timely fashion. There was a working lift to the third floor.

The flat was not clean. There were many aspects I could list, but I won't as I've highlighted this to the owner already and he says he will address this with the 'cleaning team'. I will not share the photographs I took as this would be unfair to the owner. The breakdown of the cost showed a cleaning fee of £30. I'm not sure how this can be justified. Pillows were flat and of poor quality and there were no extras. There was one tiny fan. Thank goodness we were not staying in the extreme heat of earlier in the week.
