The appartment No.27 Ruby’s House which Cotels allocated for me was very bad and lousy every thing was damage and broken and the cotels management specially Ms. Amy was very rude and don’t care about the client satisfaction , for instance i told her the beds are broken and she said you can manage with one bed she is really crazy and her Mom Which is her manager Mrs. Marcia she is not active to solve such kind of problems , both of them just looking for gaining money regardless the clients rights and satisfaction . Im regularly staying in vision buildings they are very nice buildings and prime location , but i strongly advise stay in vision but never ever deal or book through cotels they are very bad . If you willing to book Vision apartments call or contact Short stay Agent But not cotels other wise your holiday will ruined .

The location was good. Communication was good

The apartment is in need of a complete renovation, the main bathroom felt like the floor had rotted away and my foot was going to go through in several places. There were silverfish in the bathroom and kitchen which is an indication of damp. The extractor in the main bathroom didn't work, the drainage was poor and it was like stuff was backwashing out the drain as there was hair that was not mine in the bath after I had a shower. Had to stand in about 4/ 5 inches of water when showering because it wasn't draining. Bathroom cupboards were blown due to getting wet over the years and need replacing. Beds were very soft, 2nd bedroom was also very low. Could use some hooks on the bathroom and bedroom doors for towels /coats etc. Bedroom 2 could use a smaller wardrobe and a small chest of drawers or some shelves. There were not enough towels for 3 people so had to request more on Sunday morning, were asked if we could wait for house keeping on Monday but we couldn't, as it was one person in the party had to go out, without a shower on Sunday, and didn't know how long we would have to wait Monday, we had plans so needed to get up and out, they did however bring towels while we were out on Sunday and resolved the issue. There was only 1 cheap toilet roll left in each bathroom so we had to buy more. The Ensuite shower had a big step up into it which was not ideal for my parents who were staying in that room, and was very small and claustrophobic shower enclosure. The sofa was small and uncomfortable and not suitable for 3 people. Cleaning is only done on surface level, things like skirting boards, bedside tables are missed and very dusty. Hair was left in the bath and shower when we arrived so we cleaned them before using them. There were also people's boogies on the walls by light switches. The apartment was a convenient location for 1 or 2 nights but any longer is not suitable we stayed 5 nights.

The fact that the cleaners didn’t spend time during their cleaning shift and left in a hurry leaving the flat still untidy.

The Apartment only had 1 sofa

The location is excellent, staff is welcoming with the management office across the road.

Kitchen with few details and appliances. No cleaning products in the property, except for a little bit of dishwasher. Doors could do with door stoppers.

Beautiful and clean apartment….within walking distance to Midsummer place ( Shopping!). There is also a Sainsbury right around the corner so that was very convenient. The staff was amazing, even when we had a bit of a challenge on our last day it was sorted out easily.👌
