Aylesbury Lovely Double and Single Bedroom with Guest only Bathroom

Personal greeting by the owner who offered any assistance that was required. Convenience of rooms & bathroom. TV, kettle & drinks facilities in both rooms.

The house was easy to find with the Satmav on arrival, but a little more difficult later in the dark.

The price of the room. The bed was comfortable, although the room was rather small for a double bed and space was very tight. The place was clean.

The tight space. The double bed was too big for such a small room. The room was in a residential area, and parking on the roadside didn't feel safe as we did not know the area at all.

Ian is a gentleman. The property is clean, calm and comfortable. The area is safe.

Everything was perfect.

Ian was very friendly and informative. I stayed in the single room for 1 night. I checked in over the phone and was given the key code for the lockbox. I went to an event at Milton Keynes Bowl. The lights were left on outside and in for me as I said I would be coming in a bit later. The whole house was lovely and clean. Amenities such as kettle, bottled water, tea/coffee, biscuits, and a towel. Instructions were clear about WIFi and showering etc. There were 2 different locks on the bedroom door (appreciated as a solo female). Overall very clean and will definitely be staying again when I visit family. Especially loved the spitfire painting on the wall!

Met at door. Simple arrangements. Everything easy. Friendly host. No issues

I little tight in the room but eveything needed in it and what do you expect for the money.

The bed was comfortable, and good tea making facilities . The shower was good, water very hot. Host telephoned to say he would be out on our arrival , texted explaining keysafe and entry.

Parking difficult, on a modern estate narrow road and the house is opposite private garages and court yard for residents only parking. Security camera inside front door and on bathroom landing. Room was reasonably clean, but fair amount of dust on shutters and radiator. Personally prefer blackout curtains. It felt impersonal as we didn't get to meet our host, and bit like big brother is watching you with the cameras. We had a bnb in France for 10 years met every guest, showed them their room gave them a key to the house, so they could come and go as they pleased and met them the next morning for breakfast .

We are return customers. All aspects good. Parked outside. All clean, tidy, organised.
