The staff were all amazing especially Nosa. They were very helpful, friendly and supportive. They made the hotel feel welcoming and added the homely feel to the place. The room was clean, tidy and we had everything I needed. It was a lovely experience.
I think it would be good for guests to be able to cast to the television, especially as you have a lot of foreign guests that may stay for more than one night. With how advanced technology is and the price of the room/location, I think it would be a good addition that wouldn't cost you a lot but would be a good valuable addition to your offering. I was told that the means to casting is possible if a wire is available but I'm not sure I saw that stated anywhere. I think it would be good for that to be highlighted on your website/booking.com so that guests are aware that it can be done and they should bring their wire with them.

Very good and safe location, good area to walk around, close to the metro station. Considering the location, the price was really good.
The bathroom door was made of glass, not that much privacy.

Great location! Very easy to get around on the underground via Baker Street or Edward Road. Rooms are compact but comfortable.
Sometimes difficult to find staff.
