Location, staff service and the room.
The room was too expensive, maybe they should lower the price. I asked for two extra pillows, but they refused to give me more. The dishes weren't completely clean, they still had residue from previous usage. One day, I asked to get my room cleaned, but it wasn't. The bed was next to the wall, and if two people were sleeping on the bed, the one sleeping next to the wall, would wake up the other person in the middle of the night whenever the latter used the bathroom.
