Andnext Holiday House - Crystal

築1年ということで、中はどこもピカピカ！写真以上にきれいで、清掃も行き届いており、気持ちよく過ごせました。何より便利だったのが洗濯乾燥機。旅先で帰ってから洗濯する手間が省けて、本当に助かりました。 立地も最高で、地下鉄九条駅まで徒歩5分、京都駅にも15分ほどで歩けます。京都駅周辺は飲食店がたくさんあるので夕飯に困らず、徒歩1分のローソンも重宝しました。観光にも買い物にもアクセス抜群で、大満足の滞在です。また京都に来る時はぜひ利用したいと思います！

The house was newly built last year; the facilities are brand new, and the place was spotlessly clean. The ground floor features a living room, kitchen, bathroom, and toilet, while the second floor has two bedrooms and another toilet. Each bedroom has three single beds that can be easily moved and pushed together to form a huge bed—perfect for peace of mind if children are sleeping there, as there is no worry about them rolling off onto the floor. Buying groceries is very convenient; there is a Lawson convenience store less than 100 meters away, and a fresh food market just across the street. It is also only a five-minute walk to Kujo Subway Station, making the location excellent. The street in front of the house sees very little foot or vehicle traffic, so it is very quiet. The host was wonderful—responsive to all questions and helpful in recommending local spots for dining and sightseeing. It is a shame my stay in Kyoto was so short this time, but I will definitely come back.

Tall people need to be careful when going up or down the stairs, as there is a spot where they could easily hit their heads.
