Great location close to KYOTO station and lots of restaurants and convenience stores. Laundry facilities were also a bonus when travelling with a family.
Instructions on how to get in could have been clearer, we got lost but fortunately a friendly passer by, phoned the owner to get access code.

I wasn't aware that the place have two floors, so it was really spacious specially for 4 guests having 3 full beds. The location is also nice and quiet, and it was also near (in the middle of) both Kyoto Station and Kujō Station.
The amenities are quite dated, and there were some dust on some areas of the house. The cabinet doors under the stairs are broken, so we didn't use it. The exhaust fan on the toilet room is also weak, so we had to open the windows at some point even if it is cold outside. And lastly, only 1 trash bin was available in the house, so we had to improvise on how to segregate the PET bottles from the combustibles.
