Flavio met us at the door for check in, 6 minute walk to the center of the old city, 2nd floor with elevator, size as advertised and very clean, quiet, good air conditioning, clothes washer and dryer, dish washer, well-equiped kitchen with microwave and Nespresso machine, hardwood floor and beamed ceilings, reasonable wifi, well lighted, two toilets.
No negaive issues.
