Just a short distance from downtown lies “Villaggio del Sole,” a quiet neighborhood where, within a well-maintained apartment complex, you’ll find THE BRICK 194—a fully renovated apartment with meticulous attention to detail, designed to offer you every comfort; As soon as you step through the door, you’ll be greeted by a spacious living room with a dining table that seats 6–8 people, a comfortable sofa, a 55-inch HD TV with Netflix and Prime Video, a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary appliances, and a high table for breakfast or quick lunches; the hallway leads to two bathrooms, each with a spacious shower, towels, and complimentary toiletries. Next, there is a double bedroom, a triple bedroom, and a twin bedroom, all with access to a terrace.
Each room is equipped with a desk for those who wish to or need to work remotely; in fact, the high-speed Wi-Fi connection allows you to connect and work without any issues; a convenient laser printer is also available for guests to use free of charge.
