Die rustikale Unterkunft mit Garten ist in super Lage zu Udine und Palmanova, die Autobahn ist schnell erreicht aber daß Haus selbst liegt absolut ruhig. Einkaufs-und Essmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig oder schnell mit den Auto erreichbar. Das Haus war sauber und mit allen nötigen Verbrauchsgütern (von Klopapier über Seife bis zum Öl zum Kochen) ausgestattet.
Die Einrichtung ist sehr rustikal.
Die Beleuchtung im Wohnbereich eher schwach.
Kein Geschirrspüler
Das größte Problem ist aber die Heizung, Ende Oktober war es im Haus trotz auf Maximum eingestellten Thermostat (d.h. 22 Grad, dann war Schluss) immer unangenehm kühl!
Trotz dieser Mankos war das Preis-Leistung Verhältnis aber absolut gut!!

Bardzo przytulne miejsce z duszą. Wszystko, co potrzebne, było na miejscu, łącznie ze środkami czystości. Każdy detal dopracowany, widać serce gospodarza w wystroju – nie nowoczesnym, ale wyjątkowym i klimatycznym. Gospodarz bardzo uprzejmy i kontaktowy, dzięki czemu pobyt był jeszcze przyjemniejszy. Zdecydowanie polecam!

We had a wonderful stay at this villa. The house was spacious, beautifully maintained, and equipped with everything we needed. The garden was a highlight - peaceful, well-kept and perfect for relaxing outdoors. It truly felt private and serene, yet still close enough to shops and restaurants. Also a lot of beaches are about 30 min drive from the property. A great choice for anyone looking for comfort, space and a touch of nature. The fact that they accept pets is a plus for travelers.
