With its friendly neighbors, cozy restaurants, and tree lined streets, our neighborhood will immerse you in Charleston’s classic charm. This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary and cultural vacation. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Porchetta Shop, Southbound, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish and many more! Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.
Getting Around:
Walking around is one of the joys of visiting Charleston, many restaurants and attractions are within walking distance. The more historic areas are easy to get to via Uber or Lyft or CARTA buses, which have a stop two driveways away. For those that are more adventurous, bike rentals are available in town.

Great location! Quiet area, yet on a short walk away from anything you would need. Amazing 5 star restaurants, coffee shops, historic buildings etc. The accommodations were perfect for us.

Liked there was a parking spot and didn’t have to park on the street. Place was clean.

Though this apartment is a good location and easy to access, it is not quite as described. I let the owner know I expected a bedroom door. The reply I received was that the listing didn’t say there was a door on the bedroom. I told the owner the listing should clearly state there is no door, and that I had never seen a listing that does state there is a bedroom door. A legitimate bedroom always has a door. The place is small and noise travels. I was not even able to make a coffee while my spouse slept. It is a ground level apartment, and my spouse was woken in the middle of the night with street noise because the bedroom window is right next to the bed. The kitchen is actually the entry. There is no counter that can be used to prep anything. When I checked out I received this message: “If you have any feedback about your stay or anything we can improve on for future guests, we'd be grateful if you could share that feedback privately or in the private feedback section of your review.” I would not rent this particular apartment again.
