The cottage has a nice yard and off street parking. It is located only a block away from three popular restaurants, Xiao Bao Biscuit, Bistronomy By Nico and Fuel. Walk about 5 blocks and you will be on King Street with many of Charleston's favorite new restaurants and boutiques.
The Neighborhood:
The Elliotborough/Cannonborough district of downtown Charleston. With its friendly neighbors, cozy restaurants, and tree lined streets, our neighborhood will immerse you in Charleston’s classic charm. This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary and cultural vacation. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Porchetta Shop, Southbound, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish and many more! Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.
Getting Around:
You can walk almost everywhere - but should you want to rest your feet, there are many other options for getting around: Uber, Lyft, Charleston Bike Taxi, Charleston Rickshaw, Green Taxi or Yellow Cab.
Other Things to Note:
Luggage storage offered Monday- Friday at our main office from 8:30am-5pm. On weekends we recommend utilizing Bounce Luggage storage. Please inquire once booking is complete for the address!

Parking and communication from the host was fantastic! Very close walking distance to everything and the property met all of our needs with regards to a weekend get away. The only thing that did not warrant a perfect rating is the outdated characteristics of the property itself. The appliances are all from the 1990’s as well as the furniture. I felt as though I was in a college student rental….Shower fixtures leak and are loose, water damaged floors, outdated toilets, the furniture gives off college dorm vibes and not really a romantic get away…. With that being said, the price was fair and the property was still a great stay. I would recommend them to anyone staying in the area. 4.5 out of 5 for sure!!

Great location for walking to various Charleston sites, restaurants and downtown attractions. Comfortable and quiet. Parking was easy and we did not use our vehicle for most of the stay!!

Be careful of the kitchen door it opens by itself. Needs a deadbolt. Also there is no bathroom upstairs and no way to turn the stairway light off or on from upstairs. Otherwise very clean.
