A short walk from King St. 'The Tuckertown' is a spacious private historic property. The property offers an open kitchen & living area, opening directly to a traditional southern piazza. Plenty of space for guests to relax. Property amenities also include parking, dog run, & lush landscaping.



The Space:

The Tuckertown is a completely restored historic Charleston home with two floors of sweeping porches.



The Tuckertown can accommodate up to 10 guests between 4 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, large kitchen and living room.

Guest Access:

Each unit is equipped with coded locks that are changed regularly. You will receive all important check-in information 3 days prior to arrival.



Early check-in or late check-out requests are evaluated and granted on a case-by-case basis. We offer a luggage storage space with a coded lock near the pool for all Spring Islands guests to use as needed. We welcome guests to use the pool while they await their check-in.

Pet Policy: Town & Island Co. welcomes pets. There is a $125 non refundable pet fee. 2 pets maximum. You are responsible to inform us you are traveling with your pet(s).



Severe Weather Policy: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order is issued by the Governor of SC, your stay will be refunded. However, if a Mandatory Evacuation Order is NOT issued by the Governor of SC, then the standard cancellation policy will still apply and no refund will be issued.

Nice unit - well furnished. great location. Had issues with the refrigerator. It was frestrating trying to get help from VRBO. Heat went out on the day we were checking out. Found someone onsite and told her. she said she would contact the manager.

Everything was clean and tidy. The amenities were exactly what was needed. The outdoor space was great for gathering everyone at night. I would definitely stay again next time we have a larger group staying with us.

Gorgeous house! Loved the en suite bathrooms for everybody! When we arrived, there were technicians working on the AC unit. We were a little worried. They stayed until the late afternoon ,they made sure everything was perfect and we were in complete ac comfort! Communication was very thorough and when I reached out with a question or two the response time was very fast and they were super kind. Would love to check out other properties around the US. Would definitely book again!
