This tropical oasis offers sleek design, soaring 25’ ceilings, open first floor kitchen & living room, and spacious bedrooms with en-suite spa bathrooms. The Palm Club offers a tranquil outdoor patio, filled with fountains, palm trees, and plenty of furniture, for all of the Palm Club guests to enjoy.

The 'Royal Palm' is part of the Palm Club - a collection of 7 vacation villas, each with a tropical setting.



The Royal Palm at The Palm Club accommodates up to 8 guests in 3 bedrooms and 5.5 baths.

Pet Policy: Town & Island Co. welcomes pets. There is a $125 non refundable pet fee. 2 pets maximum. You are responsible to inform us you are traveling with your pet(s).



Severe Weather Policy: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order is issued by the Governor of SC, your stay will be refunded. However, if a Mandatory Evacuation Order is NOT issued by the Governor of SC, then the standard cancellation policy will still apply and no refund will be issued.

We stayed at The Royal Palm and had a great stay. The apartment was roomy for us all.

The property was well located to enjoy Charleston - great neighborhood. The interior is functional, not warm or cozy. Kitchen was well supplied with equipment (no toaster?), but no pantry supplies. We easily cooked dinner for 12 four nights running, but had to eat in our laps. Dishwasher broke and could not be fixed during our stay. Our guests found clean bathrooms, but rooms a bit dusty and with other people's leave behind still present. So all in all very good, but with some room for improvement.

Perfect location for us. Close to King Street and only minutes away from everything we wanted to do.

Seemed like more of a party house than a family house. The living furniture was terrible! Outdoor sofas. No throw blankets, different cushions that didn't match. Everything felt cold and not inviting. Cement floors with one small round sisal outdoor rug. Living furniture needs to be updated! Pictures of outside and interior are deceiving.
