The Palmetto Palm at The Palm Club accommodates up to 8 guests between 3 bedrooms and 5.5 baths.

Pet Policy: Town & Island Co. welcomes pets. There is a $125 non refundable pet fee. 2 pets maximum. You are responsible to inform us you are traveling with your pet(s).
Severe Weather Policy: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order is issued by the Governor of SC, your stay will be refunded. However, if a Mandatory Evacuation Order is NOT issued by the Governor of SC, then the standard cancellation policy will still apply and no refund will be issued.

Great space, great location, large vehicles are a little bit of a challenge to park, but that's to be expected in a city.

Very disappointed in the living room furniture. Mismatch, stained, sitting very low to flood. Will not recommend this unit. I will say kitchen and baths nicely furnished but we were mainly in The living room. Also mirror hung on wall fell off as granddaughter was walking past. No injuries.
