This tropical oasis offers sleek design, soaring 25’ ceilings, open first floor kitchen & living room, and spacious bedrooms with en-suite spa bathrooms. The Palm Club offers a tranquil outdoor patio, filled with fountains, palm trees, and plenty of furniture, for all of the Palm Club guests to enjoy.

The 'Queen Palm' is part of the Palm Club - a collection of 7 vacation villas, each with tropical setting.



The Queen Palm at The Palm Club accommodates up to 8 guests between 3 bedrooms, 5.5 baths.

Pet Policy: Town & Island Co. welcomes pets. There is a $125 non refundable pet fee. 2 pet maximum. You are responsible to inform us you are traveling with your pet(s).



Severe Weather Policy: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order is issued by the Governor of SC, your stay will be refunded. However, if a Mandatory Evacuation Order is NOT issued by the Governor of SC, then the standard cancellation policy will still apply and no refund will be issued.

The outside pics were a little deceiving as we thought there was more outside space. The pic showed property pool but later found out that was the wonderer pool. Everything else was great.

Prime location in the heart of downtown Charleston with an ample amount of space for 14 people. Well kept property with up to date interior, other guests of neighboring townhomes were respectful and overall quiet. Only cons I have would be parking and if you have more than 12 people, the other two would need to sleep on the pullout sofa in the living room. Parking option is to be expected in the area. You only get two free parking passes on/near the property, any other vehicles must park in the nearby parking decks which can get expensive. Overall our group had a blast and we would book here again.
