With its friendly neighbors, cozy restaurants, and tree lined streets, our neighborhood will immerse you in Charleston’s classic charm. This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary and cultural vacation. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Porchetta Shop, Southbound, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish and many more! Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.
Getting Around:
You can walk almost everywhere - but should you want to rest your feet, there are many other options for getting around: Uber, Lyft, Charleston Bike Taxi, Charleston Rickshaw, Green Taxi or Yellow Cab.
Other Things to Note:
Luggage storage offered Monday- Friday at our main office from 8:30am-5pm. On weekends we recommend utilizing Bounce Luggage storage. Please inquire once booking is complete for the address!

Wonderful quaint property in a great location. Fits four guests comfortably. It is in walking distance to King street or a very quick Uber right. The host was great as well. We had no issues and would stay here again!

We did not have a pet. The air conditioning and heat worked perfectly. Very clean and updated on the inside. We did a lot of walking but found that every day was a lot to get to Market Street. We used the public transportation but found it a little unreliable at times. All in all we had a great stay!

We had a bit of a mixed experience with this stay. On the positive side, the early check-in was really appreciated and made our arrival much smoother. The check-in process itself was simple and hassle-free, which set a great initial tone. The bedrooms were spacious, there were plenty of TVs throughout the property, and we liked that cleaning supplies and travel-sized toiletries were provided.Unfortunately, cleanliness was a major issue during our stay, which was surprising given the strong reviews we had read beforehand. When we arrived, the sheets in one of the bedrooms had clearly not been changed and had visible urine stains and a strong odor, to the point where we had to request new ones. We ended up sleeping on the couch 1 of our 3 nights and also had to double up in another bedroom until it was addressed the next day. The couch itself was noticeably stained, and the bathroom floor was quite grimy and in need of a thorough cleaning.Overall, while there are some great features to this property, the cleanliness fell well below expectations and significantly impacted our stay.
