The Elliotborough/Cannonborough district of downtown Charleston. With its friendly neighbors, cozy restaurants, and tree lined streets, our neighborhood will immerse you in Charleston’s classic charm. This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary and cultural vacation. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Porchetta Shop, Southbound, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish and many more! Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.
Getting Around:
You can walk almost everywhere - but should you want to rest your feet, there are many other options for getting around: Uber, Lyft, Charleston Bike Taxi, Charleston Rickshaw, Green Taxi or Yellow Cab.
Other Things to Note:
Luggage storage offered Monday- Friday at our main office from 8:30am-5pm. On weekends we recommend utilizing Bounce Luggage storage. Please inquire once booking is complete for the address!

We loved this house it was well taken care of well stocked with dishes and toiletries towels Etc. It is not as close to King Street as we originally thought but easily within driving or bicycle distance. Beds were comfortable and towels were clean and soft. Would definitely say here again

The OakTree was perfect for our group! The home was incredibly comfortable and thoughtfully designed. The living room had a beautiful large couch that made it easy for all of us to relax together. Having three bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and an additional powder room was ideal for six girls getting ready and spending time together. Everything was spotless, stylish, and very well maintained. The location was also fantastic and close to everything we needed. We would absolutely stay here again!

the house was styled pretty and the house was well stocked but it was very dirty. within minutes of my kids walking in and taking off their shoes, their feet were black. the floors looked and felt dirty. there were massive cobwebs in the bedroom window sills that were clearly not cleaned. the kitchen handles were sticky. however, the beds were clean and comfortable. the showers were beautiful and they provided plenty of towels.
