Secluded guest house in a quiet neighborhood. Very clean and bright. Spacious and accommodating.

Area & charm of rental. Had everything we needed.
Walkway to unit is a bit dangerous. I understand the reluctance to repair because damage is caused by roots of wonderful shade tree. Just have to be careful

The location was ok in the historic district. Not for seniors who cannot walk much.
Coach home was in the back of main house. Entrance to the home was somewhat lacking. The pavement and walkways were a trip hazard, patio/chairs were dirty, uneven and extremely small. Disappointed on the number of stairs to get up to small bedroom.
