Located in Nulvi, this 50 m² holiday home offers comfort for up to 3 guests. It features a loft bedroom, a bathroom, and an open-plan living area with a flat-screen TV. The well-equipped kitchen includes a stovetop, fridge, dishwasher, and both espresso and traditional coffee makers. Air conditioning, a washing machine, and tea and coffee facilities are provided throughout your stay. Families with young children will appreciate the crib and high chair.
Outdoors, relax in your private garden with views or on the covered terrace. A private barbecue is available for outdoor cooking, and children can enjoy the shared playground on the property.
Two shared parking spaces are available on site. Events are not permitted at the property.
