La posizione nel centro storico è molto interessante per chi vuole vivere la vita notturna e le molteplici offerte della città. Al tempo stesso per quanto riguarda parcheggi e accesso alla ztl può sorgere qualche intoppo
L'appartamento è carino ma un po' datato. Meriterebbero qualche lavoro di manutenzione sia il lavello della cucina che il bagno, anche se tutto è ancora funzionante. Scala di accesso caratteristica ma un po' angusta per portare su i bagagli

Location was good and well-located.
As described.
The host: we believe he was a he, since as profile picture in Whatsapp he has a photo of a guy from a movie but we never met or talk on the phone, so we don’t really know who he/she was. We spent 4 days there.
We always had to chase him for info since he never provided to us at first, never called us or explained anything about the house.
After booking, we asked about the transfer from airport to the property (as mentioned in the description) because the first night we were landing late, but after a week of no answers we had to chase for feedback (night before travelling) and for the info to self-check-in. At the end he said the transfer was not available so we look for ourselves.
Towels smell of humidity. Very bad!
We asked if it was possible to keep our luggages (2 trolleys) the last day since our flight was in the evening but he said he could not. He offered to look for a baggage deposit but never provide us a feedback till we wrote him we sorted by ourselves the day of the departure. He never inform us about the check-out time, so we checked on the reservation and left before hand. He never told us where to leave the keys or what to do as check-out. Never received any explication or excuses from him. We found the overall attention to his client extremely poor and, honestly, disappointing.
