Pur essendo vicino all'aeroporto, non si è assolutamente sentito il traffico aereo. È a 10 minuti da Alghero e si parcheggia all'interno del cortile subito adiacente all'alloggio. Fabio (proprietario) è stato gentilissimo e ci ha dato molte indicazioni in merito a tutte le principali attrazioni di Alghero e dintorni.
La struttura è accogliente ma va fatta un pò di manutenzione, soprattutto in bagno. L'aria condizionata è in soggiorno e non copre la zona notte che, in questa estate torrida, è risultata scarsamente gestita solo con le ventole.
