About this apartment rental
Our new “Lederhose” vacation rental, which sleeps up to 5 people, features 3 bedrooms (1 double, 1 twin, and 1 single room, each with electric exterior blinds for blackout) and is therefore particularly well-suited for families.The inviting living area, featuring an open exposed roof truss, is equipped with a comfortable TV couch, a dining area, and a modern kitchen with a dishwasher and an induction stove. The modern bathroom features a walk-in rain shower at floor level.
In addition, our vacation rental offers a refrigerator, an oven, a filter coffee maker and a capsule coffee machine (capsules available on-site), as well as a toaster, a kettle, an egg cooker, and a hand mixer.
We provide the following free of charge:
bed linens, hand towels, dish towels, shower gel, soap, shampoo, dish soap, and a crib upon request.
Depending on availability, we provide hiking poles, a backpack, and a child carrier free of charge.
Our inn is a partner of the Königscard. This leisure card is included for our guests.
We look forward to welcoming you to our newly built house on a sunny south-facing slope with a view of the Allgäu Mountains. Spend relaxing days in one of our two pet-free and smoke-free vacation apartments. The exposed roof trusses create a special living atmosphere. Take advantage of the included Königscard for a varied program of excursions and vacation activities.
Of course, our large garden—featuring a playground, pool (June–early September), garden sauna (free of charge), lawn for sunbathing, and sun terrace—is also at your disposal.
Please note that pets are not allowed.
On-site fees: A prepayment of €150.00 will be charged after booking. The balance is due in advance (bank transfer) or in cash upon arrival. CANCELLATIONS: • Up to 30 days before arrival: free of charge • 30–14 days before arrival: 50% of the total cost • 14–0 days before arrival: 100% of the total cost The visitor’s tax per person/night will be charged separately on site. Adults 14 years and older: €2.10 per person/night; Children ages 6–13: €1.10 per person/night; Children under 6: free
Check-in is from 2:00 PM to 8:00, and check-out is from 7:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.
