About this apartment rental
We look forward to welcoming you to our new vacation rental, “Beim Huber,” located on a sunny south-facing slope with a view of the Allgäu Mountains. Spend a relaxing stay in our pet- and smoke-free vacation rental, “Heimat-Glück.” Take advantage of the included Königscard for a varied program of excursions and vacation activities.
Of course, our newly redesigned, spacious garden—complete with a playground, pool (June–early September), garden sauna (free of charge), lawn for sunbathing, and sun deck—is also at your disposal.
Pets are not allowed.
“Heimat-Glück” Vacation Rental:
Our new “Heimat-Glück” vacation rental for 2–5 people features 2 bedrooms (1 double and 1 triple room, with a double bed and a single bed, each equipped with external blinds for privacy) and is therefore ideal for families.
The large, inviting living area with a view of the Allgäu mountains is equipped with a cozy TV couch, a dining area, and a modern kitchen with a dishwasher.
The modern bathroom features a walk-in rain shower at floor level.
The vacation rental has a large south-facing balcony with a view of the Allgäu mountains.
Our property is a partner of the Königscard. This leisure card is included for our guests.
We provide the following free of charge:
Bed linens, hand towels, dish towels, shower gel, soap, shampoo, dish soap, and a crib upon request.
Depending on availability, we provide hiking poles, a backpack, and a child carrier free of charge.
Kitchen amenities:
Dishwasher, glass-ceramic cooktop, stove, filter coffee maker, capsule coffee maker (capsules available on-site), electric kettle, toaster
On-site costs: A prepayment of €150.00 will be charged after booking. The remaining balance is due in advance (bank transfer) or in cash upon arrival. CANCELLATIONS: • Up to 30 days before arrival: free of charge • 30–14 days before arrival: 50% of the total cost • 14–0 days before arrival: 100% of the total cost The tourist tax per person/night will be charged additionally on site.
Check-in is from 2:00 PM to 8:00, and check-out is from 7:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.
