Dune'ing It Our Way is a modern sun-filled beach house on Topsail with unobstructed ocean views from both of the oceanfront decks, the great room, and the main bedroom. Public beach access is just across the road at the end of 9th Street.

The ground level features covered parking and additional space in the driveway - everyone in the family will have a place to park! Also on the ground level, you will find a hot and cold outdoor shower complete with a shampoo and soap dispenser. Beside the main entrance, you will notice a white gate door that leads into a private fenced backyard with a brick patio, outdoor patio furniture and pool. When you enter this home, you will enter the ground level with a bedroom on this level and access to the first and second levels. Walk up the stairs to the first level and you will notice a privacy door. Is no one staying on the ground level? Feel free to close this door for extra security.

Four bedrooms have access to the outdoor deck. The living area, kitchen, and dining are all in a vivid bright blue with cool tan tiled floors. There are beautiful ocean views from all angles of this area. The ocean view deck has deck furniture for you to use. To the left of the living area is the dining area. This room is also oceanfront and has seating at the oval wooden table. The kitchen has a breakfast bar with additional seating. The kitchen has white cabinets and white appliances. Set against the blue walls the kitchen glows with clean crisp white details and high ceilings. The laundry is located in the hallway.
