We are excited to present Dock & Dunes. Our rental includes all linens, beach towels, a boat ramp, grill, fenced yard, boat dock, and tons of space to spread out both inside and out all only steps to the beach! Dock & Dunes is where your dream waterfront vacation begins! Nestled on a deep-water canal, this coastal beach cottage offers everything you need for a perfect vacation. With four bedrooms and three bathrooms, plus a loft area with a futon and a pull out couch it comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests, ensuring that everyone has their own space to relax and unwind, add to this a boat ramp on site and tons of shaded seating, games and a dock to fish off of right outside the door! Whether you're seeking a peaceful getaway or an adventure-packed vacation, this beach cottage offers the perfect blend of relaxation and excitement.

Upon entering Dock & Dunes, you'll immediately notice the beautiful décor in this newly remodeled coastal paradise with touches of elegance to the coastal ambiance. The house is thoughtfully designed with both comfort and style in mind, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for you to enjoy. There are brand new appliances including a washer and dryer, linens, and towels are included in your stay as well as a full-sized stainless Wilmington Grill for inside and outside cooking and entertainment. The dock offers a covered gazebo with a swing and fish cleaning station. Please note all that is not an "extra charge"... linens, towels, grill, private boat ramp, washer and dryer, tons of condiments and spices and ways to cook for those with a fresh catch from fishing or those who choose not to eat out (although lots of options for that too)"

One of the highlights of this beach house is its private boat ramp, allowing you to conveniently launch your boat and explore the stunning waterways of Surf City, Topsail Beach, Lea Island, Masonboro Island, Wrightsville Beach and so much more! With room for a boat up to 28 ft, you can easily bring your own vessel and embark on exciting boating adventures during your stay. Note you will need to let us know you are bringing a boat and we will need copies of insurance and liability info on boat, plus a signed waiver to use to boat dock.

After a day on the water, you can retreat to the spacious two story cottage with 4 private bedrooms, plus a semi private cove with a coil spring futon, and a pull out queen sleeper sofa, for added guests. Relax with your loved ones, watch a movie, or simply soak in the serene views of the canal from the comfort of the living room, kitchen or covered 400+ sq ft covered patio with shade most of the day on the back porch.

Dock & Dunes is ideally located just a short distance from the ocean, making it a breeze to enjoy sunny beach days and take refreshing dips in the Atlantic. If you're in the mood for some shopping, delectable dining, or entertaining activities, you'll find an array of options nearby.

As you step outside Dock & Dunes, you'll be greeted by gentle coastal breezes that add a touch of tranquility to your stay. Picture yourself swinging on the covered dock gazebo, feeling the cool ocean breeze brush against your skin as you take in the scenic views of the deep-water canal. It's the perfect spot to unwind, read a book, or simply enjoy the peaceful ambiance. Your pets are welcome and we have even added a fenced yard with movable pieces so you can keep your kids and furry friends safe. Please note there is a fee of $20 per pet per night that must be added to your booking after you book so please let us now about your dogs and we will approve them and send the second invoice.

For those looking to engage in some friendly competition, Dock & Dunes offers even more outdoor entertainment options. Challenge your family and friends to a game of cornhole in the shade under one of the massive, covered patios. With ample space and comfortable seating, you can cheer on your loved ones or simply relax and soak up the coastal atmosphere. We have a few paddle boards and an old kayak available too. If you use them, please please put them back on the rack so others can enjoy them too.
