Once you have found the right gate, you need to approach the 15th floor to check-in first. Be ready and already installed WeChat. The host will send you the key code via WeChat.

I had such an amazing stay at this hotel— it’s definitely a hidden gem! The front desk folks were so friendly and nice, and checking in was super quick and easy. The location is chef’s kiss— right next to a shopping mall, so it’s super convenient, and the area around is really clean too. The best part? It’s super close to the metro and high-speed rail stations. Whether you take a taxi or the subway, it’s totally hassle-free. Perfect for anyone who travels a lot for work or fun— it saves you so much time and stress! My room was lovely— spacious, cozy, and decorated simply but nicely, with soft lights that made it feel so welcoming as soon as I walked in. The cleanliness was next-level: floors, desk, bathroom— everything was spotless. The bed sheets were soft and fresh, so I slept like a baby. The cleaning ladies were also really sweet, always smiling and saying hi when we crossed paths. You can totally tell they care about doing a good job. The sweetest part of my stay happened after I left! I realized I’d forgotten my glasses in the room after checking out, and I thought, “Oh well, they’re gone for good.” But guess what? The hotel called me the same day to let me know they’d found them! They even put them in a nice box and mailed them to me right away. That kind of thoughtful, responsible service was way more than I expected— it made me feel so warm and cared for, not just like a random guest. And the price? So affordable for how amazing everything was— the性价比 is off the charts! A great hotel isn’t just about nice rooms; it’s about the little things that make you feel special, like really putting guests first. Huge thanks to every single staff member at the hotel for being so awesome! I’ll be telling all my friends to book here ASAP.

Der Aufenthalt war super, das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist unschlagbar! Das Hotel liegt in einer perfekten Lage, sehr nah am Nordbahnhof von Shenzhen, so dass die An- und Abreise sowie die Umsteigeerleichterung total unkompliziert ist. Für Geschäftsreisende ist es absolut ideal. Das Zimmer mit zwei Betten ist gut geplant, es wirkt nicht eng, die Bettwäsche ist sauber und bequem – der Schlaf war herrlich. Die Sauberkeit ist einwandfrei, die Zimmerfrauen sind total nett, so dass man sich rundum wohl und frisch fühlt. Die Zimmerausstattung ist vollständig und praktisch, alles für den täglichen Bedarf ist vorhanden, dazu gibt es noch einen kleinen Balkon. Der Service ist herzlich und aufmerksam: das Personal ist freundlich und geduldig, außerdem gibt es einen kostenlosen Gepäckaufbewahrungsdienst – die Liebe zum Detail zeigt sich hier in jeder Hinsicht. Die Umgebung ist gut entwickelt, Essen und Einkaufen sind problemlos zu erreichen. Das Gesamterlebnis hat meine Erwartungen um ein Vielfaches übertroffen. Ob für Geschäftsreisen oder als Zwischenaufenthalt – dieses Hotel ist jederzeit die richtige Wahl. Beim nächsten Mal werde ich es definitiv erste Wahl treffen!
