    The staff was very friendly and able to accommodate my needs they even guided me up to my hotel , I am from America and would recommend. It is a great location near the train station has a food court downstairs and a mall

    We really love our hotel room. Literally just outside front of the Shenzhenbei North Railway Station. Just go up using the escalator and you’ll find the hotel. The staff are friendly. The foods were so good! And, our room is so big unlike in Hong Kong! Thank you so much for accommodating us. Will surely and already recommending this hotel to my friends! Worth the money!

    Loved the pillows they provided. One was firm memory foam, other was fluffy down feather for hugging. It’s super comfy. They even sell the pillows. Very new and clean hotel with modern furnishings and upclass amenities. Room I got was spacious too. Good value for money. Staff was very friendly too. Even offered free drinks for me to bring along when I checked out. Will definitely visit this hotel chain again. Missed the comfy pillows already !!! Note: There are 2 Atour branch of hotels at Shenzhen North station.
