Garden Bincee Hotel Shenzhen Futian Prime Spot in Shenzhen's CBD, Inside Union Square, Next to SZCEC, Steps to Metro & Free breakfast, lunch, and dinner are included & Free door-to-door laundry pick-up and wash service

It is in a great location. Get out the front door, turn right, 5 minutes walk in a straight line (almost) is the Gangxia Metro station. From there, the Metro reaches most of the attractions. Lots of food choices around the hotel area. The hotel provides breakfast, lunch and dinner. For people who do not want hotel food and are too tired to venture out, the hotel has a cute robot that delivers takeout food right to the room door. My favourite part of the hotel is the large courtyard. Imagine a flat wide open space on the 5th floor of a building surrounded by high-rise buildings around it. The buildings funnel a nice cool breeze into the courtyard. The staff are very helpful and friendly.

The food is not hot (temperature) enough. Would be nice if the food is slightly hotter. The choice of food is reasonable. The name is confusing. It really should be called LuxCabins.

Very nice and helpful lady working in the laundry room.

The breakfast was ridiculous both in offering and, specially, in the location. It’s basically an opening in the corridor with a couple of tables. Also, no one in the building knew about the existence and location of your hotel
