Xinghe Times Apartment Shenzhen North Railway Station

The apartment is very spacious and had two bedrooms upstairs with large double beds. Downstairs also had a large double bed. Two bathrooms which was great, and it had a washing machine and a dryer. Friendly staff, and always accommodating with all our parcels that arrived. Foyer always smelled nice, very neat upon entry. Very close to major train station. Best thing about it was the size of apartment - was very happy with that.

Unfortunately upon arrival absolutely NO kitchen utensils. Nothing to cook with, no plates, no cups, only two mugs. Going there on holiday you dont expect to rush out and have to go buy a lot of kitchen stuff, like pots and frying pans and so on so that was a big disappointment. Also, they service your room whenever you request it and by "service" means not doing beds, no new sheets. Just clean towels and a quick mop and half clean the bathrooms. Also I could not hang my washing up outside on the patio as most of the time it smelled so bad of sewerage, a lot of the times the apartment reeked. Also the neighbour above us was doing renovations so every night he would be banging away above our heads until sometimes midnight, kept us awake.

Proximity to north Shenzhen rail station

Got confused about having to go to level 6 of the building to check in. Instructions could have been a little clearer. Nevertheless, the host was friendly and explained how to enter my room.

Convenient location, comfortable bed & good room service cleaning when we requested.

There were insufficient hook hanger in toilet & both rooms. Suggest to add on suction hook in both toilet & rooms for convenience of cloth hanging. There is also insufficient space to hang wet clothings as rack is too small. I suggest you can add additional suction rod on top at the balcony.
