We stayed at the property for four days over Christmas and had a wonderful experience. The location is excellent, with easy access to Chamonix, Annecy, Geneva, and many other beautiful nearby cities. The house is maintained to a very high standard—spotlessly clean, cozy, and spacious. It comfortably accommodates up to ten guests. There are three bedrooms, two of which include lofts with double beds. As we were two families traveling together, the layout was perfect for our needs. The house was also very warm, and the temperature was well maintained, keeping us comfortable throughout the evenings and during the cold nights. The property was very well equipped with everything we needed, including plates, glassware, and even thoughtful extras we did not expect, such as a coffee machine. The owner was very kind and surprised us with small gifts, which was a lovely touch. Overall, it was a truly enjoyable stay. The house also has an EV charger (Type 3C). Although our electric car requires a Type 2 charger, there are several charging stations conveniently located nearby.

We enjoyed the cleanliness of the interior of the house and the availabity of tv and kitchen cooking items

The listing inaccuarly described that the location has air conditioning, there is one small wall unit in an upstairs loft which is not able to cool the entire house, especially not the primary bedroom, no other cooling method provided. The exterior of the property was not kept up and seems to be unattended to. The host was extremely slow to respond to requests for fans or help with cooling the house - over 7 hours before we received a reply. No help was given by way of fans; we purchased some on our own. The house is next to a very busy road so opening the windows to cool the house causes this location to be a poor option for relaxation and rest in the summer months.
