We drove to the apartment which is in the back of the main house. It was clean and orderly. I did not see any public transportation so I surmised that you must have a car to stay at this place. The roads are narrow and curvy and at night there are no street lights.
The lake is close by and the train station to take a water taxi over to Switzerland is less than 20 minutes away from the house. The home is gated so safety is not a problem. The host was very friendly and all of the amenities are intact.

We stayed here for 6 weeks (visiting family in the area) and found the property perfect for our needs. Luc was a great host and looked after all our needs. The property has all we needed to be self sufficient and we were very comfortable. It is peaceful and has good food shops close by. The location is excellent and gives good access for Geneva and the whole Chablais Region. It may seem a small point – but the WiFi was also excellent – which helps a great deal when you are traveling away from home. We would happily stay here again.
