Spotless, spacious, comfortable. Lovely big balcony with views of the mountains. Bath with shower over it. Staff very courteous & room ready early. Underground parking which was quite extensive & safe. Lovely spa with sauna, hamman, swimming pool & seating area. Would def return

The property was well equipped, comfortable and clean. The swimming pool and spa were a great facility. The ski hire shop is within the property so extremely convenient.

Chalet D'Angele is a fantastic place to stay. The apartments of of the highest standard and the Spa is really good. Highly recommend this apartment residence to stay. We had a one bed for 3 people which was great and they kindly located our friends opposite us, who had a two bed for 5 people. Very well equipped and highly maintained. Only issue, and was a big issue, we flew out early from Stansted to enable us to ski in the afternoon and the residence is shut from 12-4pm which was highly inconvenient and meant we couldn't ski. Very disappointing and felt Hotel.com should have highlighted this to us, we wouldn't have taken an early flight if we had know and was a waste of an afternoon when we could have skied. When you only go for a weekend it counts. Having said this a member of their staff happened to come back and kindly opened up the luggage area to store are bags safely.

Fabulous apartment and great location. Free buses every 15 mins to town and the ski lifts. Apartment fully equipped but could do with more towels or bigger ones and replaced during the week. Spa hours could be better if you’re not a skier. Closed from 12 to 4:00. Pets are welcome but picking up their waste should be encouraged even though poo bags supplied. All in all a very pleasant stay. Would endeavour to stay there again as Chatel is a very picturesque and pretty village with lots of fine restaurants and bars.

This was a very pleasant venue for our family of 6. As we were skiing most of the time we just needed nice and comfortable facilities for morning and evening and this was ideal. It was a 13 minute drive to the main CHATEL ski area. There is a ski bus from outside the door but we were very pleased to have hired a car from Geneva airport (which is a pleasant 1.5 hour drive away). Wifi reception was patchy (at best) but to be fair we did not ask for this to be fixed as we were more interested in skiing. The on site pool and sauna are excellent after a day on the slopes (although their location is odd, we had to walk outside in the snow to reach them). Inter marche supermarket is a 5 minute drive and easy to find. Very nice stay.

Nice hotel but the location is not very good if you are looking for the ski-in ski-out hotel. You have to take the bus or your car to the ski lifts. The Wi-Fi was really bad and hardly working. No cleaning or change of the towels during the week. Also no extra towels for the pool, which lower the rating for the hotel. The apartment was nice and well equipped, the parking garage and the ski room were good.

Check in at 5pm?!! Was not impressed, we arrived at 230pm with 2 small children who wanted a swim before an early night. I have never stayed anywhere that has such a late check in. Not a great start. Parking was horrendous. We were staying off peak but still had to pay an extra €60 to park inside. Not impressed. Our apartment was accessed via the underground car park?!! Totally bizarre. The apartment is sparce, TV sockets in bedroom, but a blank wall, not a TV or even a picture. A kitchen so small it had NO work surface. I mean none. Had to prepare food on sink drainer. Room would've benefitted with a DVD player to occupy the kids, I certainly didn't expect English TV but DVD player would've really helped. My biggest complaint is the noise. A constant scraping of chairs from the room above was enough to send you mad, I am assured this is being rectified because it's an ongoing issue. Such small improvements would make for a really lovely venue :-)
