Upper floor: living/dining room with 1 sofabed (140 cm, length 200 cm), open-hearth fireplace. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 double bed (180 cm, length 200 cm). Large, open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra). Shower/WC. Terrace, south-west facing position, large patio, east facing position, garden. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Marvellous view of the lake and the mountains. Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 3 year olds (extra), hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (2 cars) at the house. Please note: non-smokers only.
