This property was in a great location with an easy street in front for pick up/drop off for tours and Uber. It was clean and spacious. Alessandra was wonderful and communicated well with how to get in and out of the property and checking in on us. Great apartment with plenty of space for our family of 4. There are so many great restaurants and boutique shopping and coffee in the area and it was incredibly safe.

We knew going on this vacation that European air conditioning isn’t the same as central air in America, but, this was the first apartment we couldn’t cool down at all in, even at night. Not sure if the air conditioners were broken, but, it never got below 82 degrees in the apartment so we were pretty hot the entire time of our stay. There are only 2 ac units (1 in main bedroom and 1 in living room) so the kitchen area and bathroom remain hot since there isn’t any air flow in those areas. We let Alessandra know of the issue and requested fans. Her coworker delivered one fan that night. As it was a heat wave in Rome, we were hoping to break during the day to cool down, but, that wasn’t possible since it was so hot in the apartment. Also, the washing machine was not working, which we were needing pretty badly since we’d been traveling for a while and our clothes needed washing with the heat. Overall, the apartment is great - I would just consider the ac if traveling in the heat of the summer. And would request fans for air circulation.

Alessandra was great to communicate with and was so good to organise somewhere we could arrange to have our lost luggage delivered to. Place was very clean and tidy, very spacious and comfortablle and very quiet. In a great location right near restaurants, cafe's, a wine bar, shops and some lovely churches to visit. There was a grocery store very close as well. Not too far from the market too Would stay here again if we are in Rome.

Bed was a little on the hard side for us but was clean - also the washing machine door was a bit hard to close but we worked it out in the end.
