Al Centro Storico Roma Suite

Roma seyahatimiz boyunca konakladığımız bu ev, beklentilerimizin üzerinde bir deneyim sundu. Öncelikle evin donanımı oldukça yeterliydi; günlük yaşamda ihtiyaç duyulabilecek her detay düşünülmüş ve hiçbir eksiklik hissetmedik. Temizlik, düzen ve konfor açısından da oldukça tatmin ediciydi. Konum konusu ise gerçekten ayrı bir parantezi hak ediyor. Roma gibi büyük ve yoğun bir şehirde, biri 3 diğeri 8 yaşında iki çocukla neredeyse hiç toplu taşıma ya da taksi kullanmadan tüm önemli noktaları yürüyerek gezebilmek bizim için büyük bir avantajdı. Hatta gün içinde sabah gezip öğlen kısa bir dinlenme için eve dönebildik, akşam tekrar rahatça dışarı çıkabildik. Ayrıca konaklama yerinin hemen yakınında restoranlar, marketler ve dondurmacılar gibi pek çok seçeneğin bulunması günlük ihtiyaçları karşılamayı ve keyifli molalar vermeyi çok kolaylaştırdı. Bu esneklik hem çocuklar açısından konfor sağladı hem de seyahatimizi çok daha verimli ve keyifli hale getirdi. Ev sahibi Max rezervasyonu yaptığımız günden son ana kadar tüm sorularımıza son derece ilgili ve ulaşılabilirdi. Herhangi bir konuda hızlı geri dönüş yapması ve çözüm odaklı yaklaşımı güven vericiydi. Ayrıca ilk karşılaşmamızda evi tanıtan Lourdes’in güler yüzlü ve sıcak tavırları, sabırla tüm sorularımızı yanıtlaması ve detaylı bilgilendirme yapması, daha en baştan doğru bir yerde olduğumuzu hissettirdi. Genel olarak ailece çok rahat ettiğimiz, güvenli, merkezi ve iyi yönetilen bir konaklama deneyimi yaşadık. Özellikle çocuklu aileler için gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye edebileceğimiz bir yer.

A very communicative and extremely helpful host in every respect; the apartment was clean and comfortable. We slept excellently, even on the pull-out sofa in the living room. The area is quiet, yet just a 7-minute walk from Piazza Navona, with wonderful little streets around leading toward Campo de’ Fiori

The property met all our needs. The rooms were spacious, clean and very comfortable. The kitchen and bathroom were well equipped for all our needs. I also liked that the property activity encouraged recycling. It felt like a home from home.

There was nothing at all. We were very happy with our stay.

We stayed at the apartment for 5 nights and expected a place from which we could visit highlights of Rome by foot. We needed just a place to overnight, we spent whole days in the city. We got all we needed and even more. A large comfy soft bed in the bedroom and sofa in the living/kitchen area. The apartment was not especially large for 4 adults, but equiped wisely. Equipement is according to description. On the first evening we had a problem with a clogged shower drain, but in the morning, immediately after we informed Max, he fixed it and it didn't repeat any more. Heating was ok. We managed to keep temperature of 20‐21°C in the rooms with the radiator set on 3,5 or less of 5. The water pressure was too low and one had to wait till the hot water comes, so taking a shower took a bit longer. However, nothing unusual in historic buildings. Walls were decorated with modern art pieces, which was great. Max was very helpful, he sent us all the information in advance and actively informed himself if we had everything we need. He offered also help with the airport transfer, which we didn't take advantage of. Check-in was on time as we stayed in touch via whatsapp and informed Max about possible travel delays. Apartment was clean, ventilated, on the first floor with standard staircase and windows oriented to the north to a calm quiet side lane. And at last but not at least, the possition was great. About 10 minutes or less by walk to Pantheon, Castel Sant Angelo and Vatican square. A supermarket and a busstop with direct busline to Termini station are 30 meters near. In a perimeter of 50‐250 meters we found several lively restaurants and bars.

We stayed in the apartment just at nights and in this time we didn't discover any major flaws. If I should think of at least something it would be the somehow squeeky sofa (according to our full size teens) and some black stains on the shower door rails, probably limescale. We didn't realy mind it, I just wanted to write something also in this field.
