About this apartment rental
A two bedroom apartment, two bathrooms, two bathrooms, one living room and two bathrooms, one living room TV, Wi-Fi and air conditioner in each room.
The apartment has a rare minimal effect based on the effects of the white and black.
Smoking is not allowed.
The clearing fee (€ 50) is not included and will be paid in cash (euro) at the arrival.
The tourist tax (€ 3.5 per night, per person) is not included and will be paid at the arrival.
Check-in: 2 pm. - 10 pm.
Check-in after 10 pm at the price of € 30.
Check-out by 10:30 am
Guests are invited to arrive at the apartment.
There will be an extra € 35 for the check-in during the following days: December 25th, January 1st and Easter's Sunday.

The apartment was centrally located, quiet and comfortable. It was also very bare and ugly so depressing to stay there.

The location was great. There was enough space for 4-5 people with tow bedroom and two bathrooms. The kitchen is too old and appliances and dishes are so old. Bathrooms definitely need renovation. master bathroom shower/tub is really hard to use.

It was really great to be so close to Piazza Navona and Campo di Fiori, my fav areas. It is on a busy street so not the quietest place to stay but the bed was super comfy and Marco was really helpful and nice. In Sept the A/C was appreciated when I needed a little rest in the afternoon. My friends stayed in the apt next door and it was really nice. Communication was good with T once I arrived in Rome. We (two couples) , stayed in this large, quiet apartment in perfect location. Walking distance to all historic sites and bus in front of the building made sightseeing easy. The two bedrooms being at opposite ends of the apartment gave each couple privacy. The kitchen was well equipped with coffee item supplied for first morning.
Only thing I would request:
Install a grab bar in that large jacuzzi bathtub!!!
