Perfect base for exploring Rome

Apartment was spotless and exactly as described, beds were comfortable, and the temperature was perfect. The location is great, as you can walk nearly everywhere (even to main sights if you like walking!) we barely used transportation in 3 days. The host was also incredibly friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay in this 3-bedroom apartment in Rome. The place was spacious, clean, and perfect for a group. The location made it easy to reach all major sights, and the host was very helpful. Highly recommended!

A fantastic place in one of the best areas of central Rome - highly recommended!

This is a gorgeous apartment in an amazing part of town. Super lively during the weekend (even in the off season) with many many nice restaurants and bars, and easy walking distance to key Rome sights. Our host Alla was very easy to communicate with and she is extremely guest friendly. There is both an online and paper book of recommendations which is very handy for a city with so much good restaurants and bars. The place was super clean and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Beds are very nice. The decor is very well done, modern and classy.

We pretty much liked it all! The bedroom near the bathroom could use a little more lights, as it gets dark in there. The shower water was warm but not hot, which was a very minor detail.

Information was easy ro follow, scanned to get in front door and apartment door where we could access keys.

Clean, comfortable, coxy apartment

We were a family of 4 ( 2 adults/2 teenagers) and this apartment suited our needs perfectly. Two bathrooms was very convenient, as well as washer. The locations was close to the best restaurants. Very easy access to taxi if needed. The host were very friendly and responded quickly with any questions. Very good experience

The corridor was nice!

The location was sketchy. A girl had her belongings stolen down the street. Armed guards were present two doors next to us. The air conditioner leaked water on our guest while sleeping. The internet didn’t work when we got there so the exterior doors would not work. We piggy backed on a person going into the place. The housekeeper was still cleaning when we arrived after check in and they let us in where we found out the internet was unplugged. And to top it all off we were quoted $1207.12 on Booking but paid $1709.68 (actual credit card charges $894.32 + $1103.74 - $288.40) .

Amazing location. Walked outside directly into Roman History. Access to the Apartment was very easy. Lots of restaurant and bar options right outside our door.

The apartment was hot when we arrived and we were only there for 1 night. The temperature was approaching comfortable when we left the following morning. This probably would have been AOK if we'd stayed longer than 1 night.

Perfect location and wonderful host.

The location is absolulty perfect! Centrally located, everything is within about 20-30 minutes walking distance - Vatican City, Colosseum, Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, etc., etc. Especially notable was the communication. Alla was fantastic - very responsive and enthusiastic about our visit. And the phone app for opening the doors meant no misplaced keys. There was only one bathroom to be shared between 6 people, however it turned out not to be an issue at all.

The toilet kept running and took awhile to get fixed, but Alla sent a plumber as soon as she could and everything turned out just fine.

The Colloseum at your front doorstep

This property is superb, it has everything you could possibly need. Very clean and two bedrooms en-suite. Excellent location and when you leave the property by the front door you are looking at the Colloseum. The host was excellent and very responsive.

I strongly advise against booking any of their properties. You risk being overcharged and ignored.

I strongly advise against booking any of their properties. You risk being overcharged and ignored when trying to resolve issues. The apartment was nice—great location and spacious rooms—but the kitchen was poorly equipped. Before arrival, we were overcharged €300, which was refunded after we find out ourself and contacted Booking.com . However, upon arrival we noticed another overcharge of €149. The host blamed our bank and demanded an additional €222 for city tax before releasing the automatic key. For the first 1.5 days, 10 people had to share one key. Our bank later confirmed no fee was taken on our end. Despite several requests, the host never provided proof from their bank and eventually stopped responding.

Clean comfortable excellent location

Excellent location pretty much 15-20 mins walk from most attractions. Apt is 3 bedroom 1 bathroom. Clean and comfortable. The host is very responsive. There is an elevator so it’s easy for luggage etc. it can get a bit noisy late at night and early am but u can always use white noise.

The shower seem to be intermittently hot then cold for no reason. The street outside was extremely noisy in the early morning from 0500 - 0700 each morning even with windows closed so bring earplugs!

The location was great, perfect! The hosts were very attentive....I called a couple times and the response was always prompt. The hosts set up airport transfers which I thought was very pricey (and we had to pay cash) but it was well worth it for for 4 of us. Very prompt, nice cars and professional drivers. Thank you!

It was a bit smaller than the pictures appeared. It was listed for 5 people, there were 4 of us, it would have been cramped for 5. There was a manual on how to use the appliances, had to pull up a QR code which we couldn’t do for some reason. Would have been nice to have it written out. It could have been a bit cleaner, rug looked like it needed vacuumed, surfaces a bit dusty but hey, I am a clean freak! I am used to United States AnB’s so thought there might be more staples, salt, pepper, hand soap, maybe even coffee!

Excellent location. great Host

The properties location was excellent! Once you walk out the secure entrance you could see the Colosseum. It was less then a 5 minute walk to the entrance. There were also so many places to eat or grab a drink. At night the apartment was very quiet and felt very safe especially because there was the Italian military was watching over the Colosseum all night long. Alla our host was very quick to respond to any of my text messages. We only stayed for two nights so the place was perfect for that amount of stay. There is a small kitchenette in the apartment but, we really did not use anything except for the refrigerator. the kitchenette is really not suited to make a big meal but, why would you when there are so many good places around to grab some food. If I ever return to Italy I would want to stay at the location again. Thanks again Alana for a great vacation experience!

Exceptional

Very cozy and old fashioned building with easy access by application click. Located near Colosseo - you see it each time you come to or exit the apartment. Only 5 min. by foot to restorants and food stories. Metro station and all transportation in 100 meter gap . Very responsive and kindly host owner. I recommend this apartment.
