Location is excellent. Also safe and quiet area. Good washing machine and AC Info in folder was useful

Somewhat dated furniture and facilities; lots of junk around; not especially clean; too many random automated messages; had to personally fix wifi router; some noise from neighbouring rooms; various light bulbs broken; TV reception poor and v limited channels; basics like corkscrew missing from kitchen.

30min to the Colosseum, 25min to the Vatican. Both bedrooms had excellent firm beds, good A/C, kitchen amenities great.

At times, the odor of waste water would greet you when walking into the apartment cause there is no "P-trap" in bathroom sinks and possibly showers, but it's Rome. The staircase is narrow and may not work for some with mobility issues climbing up a couple of floors.

The apartment was spacious and comfortable and had all the facilities you could need. It was in a quiet street and most of all, it was central to everything. All the sites of interest were within a short walk. The colosseum, the Roman forum, and the Vatican City etc. Perfectly placed I would say.

Could have been a bit better cleaned. The cleaner seemed to have been in a rush when they did this space.

Excellent location for Rome, amongst cobblestone streets and less than 25mins walk in any direction to major sights. Also easy walk to both grocery stores and laundry. Apartment is clean and tidy and secure. Manager responded well to enquiries when needed and the wifi is good.

The facilities in this accommodation were disappointing and need the manager's attention. We stayed in the 'Sofia' apartment. Lots of little things, like broken pots and pans, nothing to grab hot trays or pots, chipped cups, a shape knife to cut bread and cheese is a must, etc... These items could be easily rectified at minimal expense. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable and not ideal for an 8 day stay. We were provided with only one towel each, and for 8 days, need more. Happy to say the host supplied more when requested. We found the street noise more than expected - the building is near the main road that runs along the river - so opening the windows to let in fresh air also let in the noise. Also, it is a street view and not city views as stated in the listing.
