Proprietario gentile e disponibile. Abbiamo potuto lasciare i bagagli prima dell’orario del check-in e ci ha inviato una guida per poter accedere autonomamente all’appartamento. Ci ha inoltre consigliato ottimi locali in cui mangiare in centro. Posizione ottima, a 5 min da Pescara centrale e a 5 min dal mare.
Pulizia da migliorare, presenza di zanzare. Arredamento migliorabile per rendere più accogliente la struttura.
Assenza di asciugamano per bidet, ma solo di doccia e viso.

The apartment was comfortable and in a great location in the city center with lots of great restaurants and shops close by . The beach is just few blocks away too and the train station is very close. The host was very helpful too. We loved Nina’s Trattoria and Alla Chitarra Antica on same street , gourmet food at great prices.

posizione, self check in, pulizia della stanza (pavimenti, letto, bagno), presenza di smart tv.
Purtroppo alcune stoviglie erano state usate, non pulite e riposte dai precedenti ospiti. Probabilmente il proprietario non se ne è accorto.
